Belltower Lofts Project at the former Methodist Church Submit Plans to the City

The Belltower Lofts project has formally submitted plans for the conversion of the former Methodist Church located at 8th Avenue and 12th Street into apartments in addition to a new stand-alone mixed-use building to the east, according to Marion City Manager Ryan Waller. The Historic Preservation and Planning & Zoning Commission will be considering the request at their October meetings. Construction is anticipated to begin in early 2024.
